1. Crumb Trays / Pans:

These pans catch crumbs and other ingredients that drop through the conveyor belt. One pan is located underneath each end of the conveyor.

2. Belt Tension Screws:

Use to adjust the oven belt tension if the belt is too tight or loose.

3. Magic Eye:

This controls the energy-saving modes through laser detection.

4. Eyebrows:

Can be adjusted to various heights to prevent heat loss into the environment.

5. End Plugs

Allow access to the oven’s interior.

6. Window:

The user can see and access products inside the baking chamber.

7. Control Panel:

This is where the oven’s operating controls are located. More details.

8. Serial Plate:

Provides specifications for the oven that affect installation and operation.

9. Control Compartment Access Panel:

Allows access to the control components. No user-serviceable parts are located in the control compartment.

10. Conveyor Drive Motor:

Moves the conveyor.

11. Conveyor Assembly:

Moves the products through the oven.

12. Gas Burner:

Heats air, which the blowers then project to the air fingers (not shown).

13. Blowers:

Fans that project hot air from the burner to the air fingers (not shown).

14. Air Fingers:

Commonly known as “Fingers”, Project hot air streams onto the product (not shown).
